Day 1 — Arrival and Banda Aceh city tour

When you land at Sultan Iskandar Muda Airport in Banda Aceh, our driver and guide meet you and transfer you to your hotel in the city.

• 10.30–11.30 — Aceh Tsunami Museum
• 11.30–12.30 — Aceh House Museum
• 12.30–13.00 — Gunongan and Taman Putroe Phang
• 13.00–14.00 — Lunch
• 14.00–15.00 — The PLTD Apung power ship, carried inland by the waves during the Aceh tsunami
• 15.00–16.00 — The mosque dome swept away by the tsunami, in Gurah village, Peukan Bada
• 16.00–17.00 — Rahmatullah Mosque in Lampuuk
• 17.00–18.30 — Lampuuk Beach at sunset
• 18.30–20.00 — Back to the hotel, then free time

Day 2 — Crossing to Sabang

• 07.00–08.00 — Breakfast and packing, ready to check out
• 08.00–09.30 — Transfer to Ulee Lheue jetty
• 09.30–10.30 — Boat crossing to Sabang
• 11.30–12.00 — Free time at the hotel
• 12.00–13.00 — Lunch in Sabang
• 13.00–14.00 — On to Kareng Beach
• 14.30–15.00 — The Japanese bunker
• 15.00–16.00 — Anoi Itam cliffs, with views over the jetty, the island and the sea
• 16.00–18.00 — White sand beach and the Sabang Fair seafront — grilled corn and fresh coconut water
• 18.00–20.00 — Back to the hotel, free time
• 20.00–22.00 — Dinner at the Sabang culinary garden — octopus satay and a cup of coffee
• 22.00–23.30 — Back to the hotel, free time

Day 3 — Sabang city tour

• 08.00–09.00 — Breakfast at your hotel
• 09.00–10.00 — Goa Sarang, with views across Klah Island
• 10.00–11.00 — Goa Sarang trip
• 11.00–12.00 — The Kilometre Zero Monument of Indonesia
• 12.00–13.00 — Lunch and free time
• 13.00–14.00 — Snorkeling and swimming
• 14.00–18.00 — Free time
• 18.00–20.00 — Back to the hotel
• 20.00–22.00 — Dinner and free time

Day 4 — Sabang back to Banda Aceh

• 06.00–07.00 — Packing and breakfast, ready to check out; transfer to Sabang harbour
• 07.00–08.00 — Transfer to Balohan jetty
• 08.00–09.00 — Boat crossing to Banda Aceh
• 09.00–10.00 — Check in at your hotel in Banda Aceh, then free time
• 10.00–12.00 — Visit to an orphanage
• 12.00–13.00 — Lunch and free time
• 13.00–14.00 — The Lampulo tsunami boat, left stranded on the roof of a house by the waves
• 14.00–15.00 — White sand beach at Lhok Mee
• 16.00–18.00 — Hike to the Kelindu cliff edge
• 18.00–20.00 — Back to the hotel, free time
• 20.00–22.00 — Dinner and free time

Day 5 — Departure

• 07.00–08.00 — Breakfast at the hotel
• 08.00–10.00 — Souvenir shopping
• 11.00–12.00 — Back to the hotel to pack and check out
• 12.00–13.00 — Transfer to the airport. Have a good flight.

USD 850 per person.

Booking Terms

• A deposit of at least 30% of the total tour price is required to confirm your booking.
• Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel the tour.
• The full tour price must be settled 4 days before you arrive in Indonesia.
